MONSTERA DELICIOUS CARE (Swiss Cheese)

Monstera deliciosa the Swiss cheese plant is  a sepecies of flowering plants native to tropical forests of southern Mexico,south to  it is very widely grow in temperate zones as a houseplants.
         Monstera deliciosa and Split leaf Philodendron have similar leaves and growing habits.
                                The specific epithet deliciosa means "delicious" Referring to the edible fruit. The genus Monstera is named from the Latin word  for monstrour or  abnormal,  and refers to the unusual leaves with natural holes that  members of the genus have.

Soil
       Monstera plants do best in potting mix that hold moisture for long time and well drain. You can use sandy soil with cocopeat and 20% vermi compost or leaf mold. 

Watering
                 Monstera deliciosa plants watering once a week next watering when soil top layer dry out completely. Monstera deliciosa like high humidity, 60% -80% humidity level is best for this plant.Don't over watering that's harmful for plant.
In case over watering fix with remove the plant from pot then trim the damage roots and potting in new soil  don't watering quickly
